India's problems are obvious but its virtues require some thought and actually experiencing life here.
Some people like fixing motorbikes. They like the gears, the chains and shafts. Others don’t. They find it annoying and even irritating. This is by no means a criticism of the other side, quite the opposite. It is an acknowledgement that there are in fact two sides and their differences are deep and philosophical. Neither is perfect.
I had put out a job post on LinkedIn for a co-founder position. I got over 200 responses! It was impossible to filter out or even walk through all the candidates. This got me thinking, what if I got video responses from them instead of just a resume?
